Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Broadcom's VCF Compute products and their capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that push the boundaries of compute technology. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of new products and features to ensure they meet quality standards. Monitor industry trends and advancements and make recommendations for how Broadcom can incorporate them into our products. Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to completion within agreed upon timelines. Continuously assess and improve the performance and efficiency of our VCF Compute products. Act as a subject matter expert for computing technology within the team and provide guidance and support to other team members. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during development or post-release, and provide timely and effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in computing technology and integrate them into our development processes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and improvements. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
