Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into appointments and drive revenue for our clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including product information, appointment scheduling, and general customer support
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Some of the essential qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
