Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Building sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients, using the right methods and tools to resolve their queries
• Meeting personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, to drive business growth
• Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
• Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
• Taking the extra mile to engage clients and exceed their expectations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in the insurance industry
• A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ensuring a positive experience for every client
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
