Job Summary
As a Full Stack Technology Analyst on our Workday Data Migrations team, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing and optimizing our data management processes. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the effective achievement of our targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and technologies to resolve a wide range of issues and challenges
- Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems
- Assess the effort and value of proposed solutions and apply business acumen to make informed decisions
- Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
- Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and complete tasks with a focus on continuous progress
- Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and integration
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
- Perform other work duties as directed by your Manager
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
- Familiarity with technical conditions and software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, identifying the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/assignments
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
- Familiarity with data migration and integration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others on technical and business subjects
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
