As a Data Entry Operator with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and maintaining utility account information with high accuracy, ensuring that our customers' data is up-to-date and secure
  • Verifying account eligibility and accessibility for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Preparing and distributing work orders and mass communications, ensuring that our customers receive timely and relevant information
  • Assisting with the mailing of billing statements and notices, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conducting monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize our operations

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, showcasing your skills and expertise in data entry and customer service
  • The ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, ensuring that you have the technical skills required for this role
