The Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels heard, understood, and valued.
- Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience.
- Identifying and resolving even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls.
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can fulfill your shifts.
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router.
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
