• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a Windows software environment, with a strong typing speed of 35 words per minute and excellent writing skills, including attention to grammar and composition.
• Soft Skills: Dependable, skilled in multitasking, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent phone etiquette, self-motivated, and a team player with the capacity to work independently.
