About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of American Airlines, providing world-class support to travelers around the globe. Your role will focus on providing prompt, professional customer service and support, ensuring every customer journey is seamless and enjoyable. You'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional customer support

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel updates
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure their needs are met with care and accuracy
  • Provide helpful information on American Airlines policies, travel requirements, and loyalty programs

What You Bring

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers
