About the Role

As a full-time, non-exempt member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to our technical team, helping us to continuously improve our systems and processes.
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that you are meeting our productivity targets while maintaining the quality of your responses.
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting quickly to new technologies and systems as required.
  • Maintain an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting our performance expectations.

Education and Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, to provide informed and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Access to high-speed internet, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from your home office.
  • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and to manage your time effectively to meet productivity targets.

Work Schedule

We offer two flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences:

  • Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
  • Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).

Please note that these schedules are subject to change based on department needs, and you may be required to work alternative hours or shifts as necessary.
