Job Summary

As a Part Time Virtual Assistant at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, social media engagement, creative PowerPoint presentations, invoicing, expense reporting, client care, event planning, efficient email management, and assisting with procedural documents. You'll also have the chance to showcase your skills in newsletter management and work with a variety of clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Calendar management: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for clients

  • Travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for clients
  • Social media engagement: creating and scheduling social media posts, responding to comments and messages
  • Creative PowerPoint presentations: designing and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for clients
  • Invoicing: preparing and sending invoices to clients
  • Expense reporting: tracking and reporting expenses for clients
  • Client care: providing exceptional support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Event planning: planning and coordinating events for clients
  • Efficient email management: managing and responding to emails for clients
  • Assisting with procedural documents: preparing and editing documents for clients

Essential Qualifications

* At least three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant

  • Fully equipped home office, including a computer with the full version of MS Office 365, high-speed internet access, a smartphone with email capability, and a computer with a webcam
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Well-honed organizational skills for managing multiple clients
  • High regard for confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in virtual assistant work or a related field

  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 and other productivity software
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
