Job Summary

As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates, and product concerns/inquiries. You will also promote sales and lead captures for our clients by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while continuously aiming to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process, including answering questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions

  • Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and enhance their buying experience
  • Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates, and product concerns/inquiries
  • Promote sales and lead captures for our clients by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions
  • Be a goodwill ambassador for blithequark by courteous treatment of all customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses to consumers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, business)

  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills, with excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions
  • Experience with webchat or live chat software
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
