Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with a strong background in procurement to join our team as a Procurement Expert for a global implementation project. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our client to design, implement, and optimize their ServiceNow solution, leveraging your expertise in procurement best practices and ServiceNow functionality to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert-level guidance and support to our client on the implementation of ServiceNow for procurement, including process design, configuration, and optimization

• Collaborate with our client's stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our client's staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the ServiceNow solution
• Work closely with our client's technical team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Conduct process assessments and provide recommendations for improvement, leveraging your expertise in procurement best practices and ServiceNow functionality
• Develop and maintain relationships with our client's stakeholders, including IT, procurement, and business leaders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality, and apply this knowledge to drive business value and improve operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a Business Process Consultant role, with a strong focus on procurement and ServiceNow implementation

• Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on process improvement and business value
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and ServiceNow functionality, including configuration, customization, and optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology

• Certification in ServiceNow, such as the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Developer
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Strong knowledge of IT service management best practices and ServiceNow functionality, including incident, problem, and change management
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms
