Job Summary

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your role will be to engage with them, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support through live chat

  • Engage with customers in real-time and respond to their queries in a prompt and helpful manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics

What You Will Need

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
