Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Disney Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their requests, and providing assistance as needed
- Communicating effectively with guests, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Replenishing supplies, disposing of trash, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to lift heavy objects and push large carts (up to 50 pounds)
