Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify untapped client needs, and develop strategies to enhance our content release and episode discharge technique.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Applying advanced examination strategies (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions.
• Analyzing client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Forecasting content engagement to assist with directing acquisition decisions.
• Enhancing our content release and episode discharge technique.
• Testing marketing strategies to streamline engagement and retention.
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and key navigation.
• Providing specialized analysis support to partners to drive business forward.
• Effectively communicating significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python.
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication.
