Job Overview

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be working from the comfort of your own home in Calgary, with a team that is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. Our unique engagement model involves a customized and collaborative approach to designing, building, and operating omnichannel contact centers for some of the world's coolest customer-centric brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a consultative and solutions-based sales approach to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet established sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Multi-task in various systems to ensure customer transactions are completed quickly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to positively influence customers and propose options and solutions that meet their needs
  • Act as an ambassador for our clients and provide their customers with a superior experience, with a focus on building brand affinity and loyalty

Required Qualifications
