About the Role

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international airline clients at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). You'll work closely with our team to ensure a safe and secure travel experience for our clients, and you'll have the opportunity to rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals. You'll also have the chance to interact with high-profile passengers, partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel, and learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our international airline clients

  • Rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
  • Interact with high-profile passengers and partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
  • Learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport
  • Experience how to effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Enjoy the opportunity to professionally interact with high-profile passengers
  • Participate in paid training with our highly knowledgeable and top-performing training department

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficient, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
  • Effective communication skills and good listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment
