Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, with proficiency in managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Active savings/checking bank account (3+ accounts) is required for this position.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration.
  • Previous experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong understanding of the tools and technologies used to facilitate collaboration and communication.
