This critical role demands a strategic powerhouse with a proven ability to identify, structure, and execute complex partnerships that fundamentally reshape healthcare service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry insights, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of closing high-impact deals that advance our strategic priorities. You will architect partnership strategies, develop comprehensive frameworks, and serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships, managing critical escalations and communications across complex organizational landscapes. We're looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of progressive business development experience in healthcare or technology, demonstrating an extraordinary ability to influence senior executives and navigate intricate business environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous due diligence, developing compelling business cases, and cultivating high-potential partnership opportunities that drive significant value. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
