Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing and updating ticket status, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service
  • Communicating with customers via email to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required, but highly desirable)
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and resolving tickets efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service via email
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
