Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. This includes:

  • Handling queries from existing customers and responding to potential new customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
