What You'll Be Doing: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer issues and providing top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers and providing timely resolutions to their issues
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Consulting on products with compassion and empathy, ensuring customers receive the support they need
  • Recognizing and solving problems of mid-to-high-level customer service issues, escalating when necessary

What You Bring to the Role: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 10mbps) to ensure seamless remote work
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high-level customer service issues
