Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Your success will be measured by your ability to solve problems, meet goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze payment history and notes to determine customer status
  • Communicate customer statuses to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Drive to solve problems and meet goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Knowledge of financial services or related industries
