Job Summary

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing inquiries from customers, stores, and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
