Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service team by efficiently managing and processing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to our services and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with key partners across various disciplines to adjust on the accounts to work through events

  • Experience working in the Asia-Pacific district is an or more

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in events management, preferably from media outlets that include making due, executing, arranging, and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization, or with a brand (insight in film or TV awards campaigns is a plus)

  • A self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while reliably practicing savvy instinct even when faced with vagueness
  • Ingenious key scholar and imaginative issue solver
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications and web development tools is a plus
