Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
* Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Providing problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
* Working on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and receiving instructions from supervisors
