Job Summary

This is a part-time, remote opportunity that requires an average of 3-6 hours of work per day. As a Data Entry Assistant and Personal Associate, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling inbound and outbound communications. You will also be involved in special projects and tasks related to the home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Scheduling and coordination of appointments
  • Calendar management and organization
  • Involvement in special projects connected to the home office
  • Paying bills and managing expenses
  • Company tasks and errands
  • Handle all inbound and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly relational and able to build strong relationships with team members
  • Ability to take instructions and work independently
  • Aggressive and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent typing skills and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
