About the Role

As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by providing analytical support to our Choice Help Group. This cross-functional role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Benefit Development Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing. Your expertise will help inform business decisions, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to inform business decisions.
• Analyze the performance of various pilot initiatives using testing frameworks, such as A/B Testing.
• Maintain and update required tools, such as BPM or Course Planning models, to meet business needs.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address these issues.
• Proactively seek patterns and trends in data to identify opportunities or gaps that the business needs to consider or address.
• Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets and drive business growth.
• Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and design executive dashboards.
• Perform other related and assigned tasks.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
• Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex tasks.
• Strong collaboration and change management skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation in total system service.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
• Statistical analysis skills using R or a similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Operational understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes.
• Project management or consulting experience.
