Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintaining client profile data, including contact information, sales tax information, and shipping instructions
  • Processing online bidder approvals, adding and modifying client information, and generating comprehensive reports
  • Managing mailing list entries, processing bidder/show cards, and verifying sales tax information
  • Addressing client survey feedback and undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and client management processes

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • A positive outlook and a commitment to learning, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes and technologies
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
