As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our valued customers. Job Role As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail * Making daily outbound phone calls to ensure seamless communication with customers and technicians * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations Schedule Our flexible schedule allows for a balance of in-office and remote work: * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year * The ability to type at least 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) Remote Work Requirements To ensure seamless remote work, we will provide: * A laptop and cell phone * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise Benefits and Culture At blithequark, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with a company match * 7 paid holidays per year * Paid vacation and personal days * Continued education and professional development opportunities Why Join blithequark?
