Job Summary
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing patient and medication data accurately and efficiently using blithequark's proprietary systems
- Handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
- Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settling information section-related exceptions
- Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Collaborating with senior-level staff to identify and resolve complex issues
- Maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize blithequark's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system
- Handle patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing
- Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle information section-related exceptions
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement necessities
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
