Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Providing exceptional client service and support
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports
  • Maintaining a high level of organization, productivity, and attention to detail
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of office experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience with mortgage software and systems
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or other relevant software
