Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Sales Agent – Chat-Only Sales Specialist for Shipping Containers, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales through our user-friendly software. You will work remotely, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to be active on Facebook Marketplace to generate leads and engage with customers. This is a commission-only position, with a competitive pay structure and opportunities for bonuses and giveaways.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Assist customers who require phone support, either by helping them yourself or assigning the lead to one of our closers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
