Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain existing customer relationships. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will enable you to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
  • Help explain contract details and provide clear, concise information to customers
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, utilizing camera usage as required

* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Passion for customer service and quality work
  • Must be focused and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
