The Role As a Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential threats, and collaborate with our product team to ensure that our customers' feedback and feature requests are heard and acted upon. The Role
