Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.

  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer management tools.
