Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with blithequark. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, handling refunds, and resolving customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and a positive travel experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer information and transaction data
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
