Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant at ActiveHealth, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members. You'll educate them about the programs and resources available to them, help them set and achieve their health goals, and provide support through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as chat interactions. Your goal will be to provide a positive member experience that reflects the values of Blithequark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate members about programs available to them to promote wellness and healthy living
  • Schedule appointments with nurses and coaches or group coaching events
  • Educate members on company-sponsored incentives and review progress towards meeting their incentives
  • Assist members with portal questions, including password resets, registration, navigation, and filling out health assessments
  • Promote the mobile app and provide support to members
  • Provide a positive member experience reflective of the Blithequark values

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment with inbound and outbound queues
  • A personal high-speed broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) with a direct connection using an ethernet cord (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Keyboarding skills with the ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
  • Ability to work in an online/telework environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales
  • Workforce management experience
  • Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience supporting complex and nuanced work
  • Ability to discern key points to assist with problem resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and adapt to change

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $31.72 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
