Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces, reviewing warranty claims, and providing exceptional customer service support. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Complete warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Act as a backup to Customer Service Representatives, assisting with overflow telephone calls during periods of high volume
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required to support the team and drive business results

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in data entry or customer service
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Basic math and logic skills, with the ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills and software use, including email, document preparation, and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
