Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our Work From Home Customer Service team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Order Placement and Tracking: Assist customers with order placement and tracking, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed.
  • Product Information: Provide product information and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell blithequark products and services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • E-commerce Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies, including online shopping and payment systems.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
