We're looking for a talented Technology Communications and Design professional to join our Corporate Initiatives and Communications team, reporting to the Executive, Leadership Communications, for Technology.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, capture, and edit the CIO's communications to stakeholders, including statements, web recordings, video scripts, quotes, and other key communications as needed.
  • Create graphics for use in/on emails, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical assets.
  • Shoot and edit videos to be used internally on owned channels.
  • Support the preparation and execution of nominations for recognition of associates through the organization's top award programs.
  • Support measurement and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of stakeholder communications.
  • Create and manage surveys and reporting for city centers, leadership presentations and roundtables, and other events.
  • Manage email distributions to stakeholders.
  • Support planning, communications, and logistics for city centers and global leadership events.
  • Provide graphics and content creation support for city centers and other key presentations by leaders.
  • Support the work of the broader Stakeholder Communications team through the design and delivery of content on the company intranet and other communications channels, as well as research, visual representation, and writing, editing as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in internal communications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong visual communication and typography skills, with experience designing digital and physical assets.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Experience with capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute brand guidelines, propose and deliver compelling and effective campaign ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
  • Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily or others).
  • Exceptional project management expertise, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build associations with many internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a high-speed environment.
  • Excellent judgment and a proven track record of creating and executing programs that drive tangible outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills.

A portfolio (writing and creative) is required, and a four-year college degree in Communications, Visual Communication, or comparable experience is necessary.

Compensation and Perks
