About the Client
The client is a building a SaaS / Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution that empowers brands and companies to onboard and engage their communities through events. Our platform supports community management, loyalty systems, event check-in/check-out, and in-app games/activations.
About the Role
As the Senior QA Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing the QA framework from scratch and ensuring our platform is thoroughly tested for reliability and scalability. You will build automated test suites, manage API integration testing, and perform manual testing as required.
Design and implement a comprehensive test framework.
Develop and maintain API Integration Tests, especially for Salesforce API.
Create and manage Automated End-to-End (E2E) Test Suites for the main web application using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
Document test plans, processes, and results for transparency and consistency.
What You Bring
Proven experience in QA Engineering with both manual and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with browser automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
Strong skills in API testing, particularly with Salesforce integrations.
Ability to set up test frameworks from scratch.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or PaaS testing environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated test integration.
Interest in events, community engagement, or music-related platforms.
