If you share our passion for improving people's health and believe in the incredible potential of the human body, then apply to be a part of something truly special Role Summary: A Pompa Program Certified Health Coach leverages the highly effective and proven Pompa Program products and practices, as well as their professional training and experience, to guide and support individuals on their path to achieving improved health and well-being. A Pompa Program Certified Health Coach is responsible for tailoring health plans based on an assessment of each client’s unique needs and goals, offering compassionate and meaningful motivation to help them in their journey, and providing professional and encouraging accountability to keep them engaged and achieving success. Responsibilities: Health Coaching -

• Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring the clients are positioned well to access the client portal and find important information.
• Conduct client health assessments, to include lifestyle habits and overall health status, to help create practical and action-oriented wellness plans for clients.
• Analyze targeted health assessments to address underlying root cause stressors and identify the causes of cellular inflammation and chronic illness.
• Leverage knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and holistic health principles to guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Educate clients on tailored Pompa protocols, including nutrition plans, targeted supplement protocols for specific conditions, and more.
• Utilize Pompa Program principles and professional experience to set realistic health goals for clients, track their progress, and make plan adjustments during their journey.
• Recommend personalized lifestyle changes that empower clients to achieve their health goals.
• Educate clients on health-related topics, including the body's self-healing mechanisms, lifestyle impacts on health outcomes, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Stay current with ongoing health and wellness research, Dr. Pompa’s teachings, and emerging trends, integrating learnings into coaching sessions.
• Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate client records, demonstrating a high level of detail and organizational skills.
• Apply fear handling techniques provided in training to prevent client cancellations and encourage them to stay committed to their path to success.

Team Development -

• Collaborate with team members to provide a holistic approach to client care, contributing to overall program strategy and effectiveness.

Requirements: Must have 1 of the following schools or credentials:

• Nutritional Therapy Association- Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (credentials FNTP) or Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (credentials NTP)
• Functional Diagnostic Nutrition - Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN or FDNP)
• There is a Health Coach cert from this school, we want the practitioner cert e.g. FDN or FDNP
• Board Certifications: National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN)
• Certified Nutrition Professional (credentials CNP)
• Restorative Wellness Solutions- Restorative Wellness Practitioner (credentials RWP)
• Nutrition Therapy Institute- Nutrition Therapist Master
• Integrative Health Practitioner- Integrative Health Practitioner (credentials IHP)
• Functional Nutrition Alliance- Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner (credentials FNLP) or Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (credentials CFNC)
• Functional Medicine Coaching Academy- Functional Medicine Health Coach (credentials FMCA or FMCHC)
• Institute for Integrative Nutrition- Health Coach (IIN)
• Doctor’s, Masters and PhD Certifications in relevant health fields. Must have education/knowledge in functional nutrition.
• NBC-HWC board certification is broad, candidates must have been through a qualifying school.
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a health coach or in a similar role with demonstrated success in guiding clients to achieve long-term health and wellness goals.
• Deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, being able to identify disease and dysfunction in the body, and knowing how to approach it from a functional/holistic standpoint.
• Functional nutrition knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of holistic health and wellness principles, with the ability to apply them in a coaching environment.
