Program Overview

Our one-year or less, intensive job training program is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence you need to launch your career in customer service. The program includes:

• In-classroom skill development in areas such as project management, banking and customer success, and helpdesk/desktop support
• Access to internships with top organizations in the Philadelphia area, including Merck, Bank of America, Penn Mutual, and Amtrak
• Personalized coaching and mentorship to help you navigate your career journey
• An educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase
• Ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our program, you must:

• Be between 18-29 years old
• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
