Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent for blithequark Airlines, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, addressing their inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel policies, and providing accurate information and solutions to enhance their experience. You will also be required to document customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up, collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently, and stay updated on blithequark Airlines products, services, and promotions.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Address customer inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel policies, providing accurate information and solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved and that our customers are satisfied with our service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Stay updated on blithequark Airlines products, services, and promotions, ensuring that you have the latest information to provide to our customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
