As a Retention Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Retention Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting and engaging with customers over the phone, chat, email, and social media to resolve issues and answer questions.
