We are currently hiring a Associate Recruiter (Part Time/Temporary) Remote to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a fully remote position and can be performed anywhere in the continental US. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support the recruiting team with screening applicants and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with sourcing candidates using online tools
  • Provide timely, professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experience
  • Track and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Help with administrative tasks related to recruiting

YOU'LL BRING:

  • 1 year of entry level recruiting experience
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruiting
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay detail-oriented
  • Enthusiasm for people, processes, and progress
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
