Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication
  • Documenting interactions and following up as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Access to a reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for upload and download
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
