Job Summary

We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support representatives. As a Live Chat Support representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and solutions via live chat. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in written English, and basic computer skills. No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on issues that require further attention.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
