About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing healthcare claim forms with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing various systems and tools to complete tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Capture and validate complex data from healthcare claim forms, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Classify and index images, pre-adjudicate documents, and correct data as required.
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools, utilizing multiple source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize various systems and tools to complete assigned tasks, working within established procedures and practices.
• Maintain high productivity standards, meeting or exceeding keystroke per hour (ksph) and words per minute (wpm) targets.
• Work under close supervision, adhering to quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy rates.
• Experience working with VPN connections.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to clear necessary background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing.
• Experience with data entry or a related field.
